Ulm canoe kayak Slalom course

  • Danube
  • Bade-Wurtemberg (Allemagne)
  • Ulmer Paddler

About the realisation

Complete renovation of the canoe-kayak slalom course on a power plant restitution arm on the outskirts of the Danube and a stone’s throw from the city center of Ulm (Germany).

Project led by the Ulmer Paddler club, with its 500 members, which thus provides itself with a superb course for slalom training or competitions and the initiation to whitewater for new paddlers.

Part of the banks, heavily eroded near the bridge, have been taken back to create a place of relaxation for the public and the entire system of gates, posts, longitudinal and transverse cables, slalom gates, have been replaced to facilitate daily use by paddlers.
